• The preparation of the rental contract that best suits the owner by our legal department for greater peace of mind and that may be covered against possible complications throughout the term of the rental contract of the house.

• All management services of the basic modality. Plus,
• Monitoring the Collection of the monthly rent until it is deposited in your account on the days agreed with the tenant.
• Attention to the tenant 365 days a year for any incident until solving it avoiding inconvenience and displacement, only in case of urgent need the owner would be contacted.
• The management and repairs of maintenance incidents that usually arise due to wear and tear such as broken blinds, change of loose plugs, broken keys, etc., assuming labor up to a maximum of 12 hours per year.
•  We assume all the Repairs of appliances in white goods labor up to a maximum of two interventions a year or if it is the case and there was no other option, the replacement of the same up to a maximum of two appliances during the entire term of the contract.

In this modality, in addition, the commission of the amount of a monthly payment that we charge the tenant, our services will pass on to you as the owner a monthly fee of 15% + VAT of the value of the rent greater than € 800, For rentals of lower amounts our fees per month will be € 90 + VAT as long as the agreed contract is maintained.
